Return Policy

Considering the nature of products that are on offer on the website, www.houseofnagchampa.com does not offer return of the products once the order is accepted via e-mail to your valid e-mail ID. www.houseofnagchampa.com offers you a replacement of product(s) purchased on www.houseofnagchampa.com, which means that you can ask for replacement of the product(s), subject to following terms and conditions:
  1. You can ask for replacement of product(s) within 7 Days of product(s) delivery to you in case of any defect found in the product(s) and the same product(s) will be shipped to you as a replacement for the defective product(s).

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement if:

Replacement Policy

We have a very simple replacement policy.

If you have received a damaged/defective product(s), please e-mail us your order number [sent to you via e-mail after ordering] along with an image of the damaged/defective product(s) received within 7 Days of receiving the product(s) at info@nagchampa.net.in with Subject as “Return: Damaged/Defective – Order Number.

Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We will provide instructions for the replacement procedure.

We shall send you a replacement within 7 working days.
